Attention:
1. The electrode is a consumable product. after use, the diaphragm begins to show signs of aging. It must be calibrated every 1 month to ensure measurement accuracy. If the electrode has been purchased for more than 6 months, please pay attention to replace the electrode.
2. The electrode installation environment requirements are: water pressure less than 0.15MP, flow rate less than 10cm3 / s, temperature less than 35 ℃.
3. Regularly check the electrode head for dirt adhesion. If you need to clean the electrode, rinse the dirt with water as much as possible. Do not touch the diaphragm with hard objects, causing the diaphragm to break.
4. There is a white spot about 1cm above the electrode diaphragm. Make sure that the white spot is immersed in the water body, and the white spot cannot be damaged or attached with dirt, otherwise it will cause electrode damage or inaccurate measurement data.

5. The measured value is not accurate. after receiving the hardness tester or ion meter, there is an error between the measured value and the standard solution.
In the standard solution, the instrument is energized for one day, and the standard solution is re-measured the next day, and if not allowed to re-calibrate.
6. There is an error between the hardness tester and ion meter measurement data of the water sample and the data detected by the third party. There may be other ions in the water sample.
It is recommended to use local water samples for calibration.
